Information for New Patients: What to Expect

At Phamily Weight Wellness Center, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through personalized care and support. Below is what you can expect as a new patient, whether you’re seeking weight loss, thyroid optimization, or testosterone replacement therapy.

Initial Visit and Ongoing Care

To ensure you receive the most personalized care possible, your first two visits will need to be in person. After that, for ongoing care, we ask that you have at least one in-person visit each calendar year. This helps us provide the best possible care and keep your health on track.

Communicating with Our Office

We’re here to help with any prescription needs, refills, or concerns you may have. To ensure the best and quickest service, please call us directly at 469-443-0093 and speak with one of our medical assistants.

While you’re welcome to leave a basic message requesting a callback, we ask that detailed messages not be left via voicemail or text. Speaking directly with a live person helps us address your needs more efficiently.

Please note that our response time is typically within 42 to 72 business hours. If you leave a voicemail or message after 3pm, we will attend to it the next business day. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you!
